Obama has traveled outside the U.S. In order to obtain a passport, he would have had to provide a certified birth certificate ( if he was born in the U.S.). Such a birth certificate must have the "seal or other certification of the official custodian of such records". The birth certificate provided on the "fight the smears" website doesn't appear to have the seal or official signature. Obama would not have been able to get a passport with the birth certificate that is online. It would be interesting if one could see his passport record at the Department of State.

I don't care where Obama's traveled to, or from. He's running for the presidency of the United States, and at the present, does not meet Constitutional muster...WHY??? Because images of his birth certificate that were posted on the "DailyKos," and on his campaign "Fight the Smears" web sites, were forensically examined, and deemed to be "Photo-shopped" fakes. HOW??? Download, and open them with MS "WordPad," or with EXIF viewing software. They both have Adobe Photo Shop coding embedded on the headers.
Now, Barack can easily clear this matter up. Simply, furnish the MSM, or better yet, the House or Senate Judiciary Committee with a legal, certified copy, of his Hawaiian born birth certificate. This issue will not disappear until he does that!

The birth certificates images posted on Obama's "Fight the Smears" and "DailyKos" web sites were examined by forensic experts, and deemed poor forgeries. There are a number of issues with both posted BCs. You can do a fast check yourself, by simply opening the images with "MS WordPad," or a Hexadecimal editor and view the headers. You'll find that they have embedded "Photo shopped" coding on them.

I understand your question on him having a passport. However, that was answered by a poster that explained, that he may have been on his mother's as "Family passport." and never had it changed, or updated. Backing up, if he had a real, legal, certified Hawaiian birth certificate, then why post a redacted forgery, and why not the real thing?

First of all, who said Obama had an AMERICAN Passport?
Second, don't any of you remember that strange break in a while back into the Passport files? The investigation ultimately concluded that it was "Obama's People" and the only files tampered with were Obama's. No one thought it was any big deal. Why the break-in then? Why not do it honestly?

My question is then - if all this is out there - when are we going to start seeing the fallout? This guy is way to scary for my tastes and it seems like his lead only grows. If the BC is in the Republicans hands ... if they have answers to these unanswered questions - then when are we going to see Obama brought down?

Ihope that if the Republicans have his birth certificate, they don't wait too long to bring it forward. His grandmother is supposedly ill and may not be around much longer. Grandma should be subpoenaed and have to give a sworn deposition of all her knowledge about where Barack was born, his birth certificate(s), adoption(s), and why Barack, Sr. came to Hawaii in 1971. I'm worried that Obama will be able to come out on top of this situation. He apparantly met with the Bilderberg Group June 5, 2008 in Virginia. If they favor him, can Obama be stopped?

They are waiting until the DNC confirms him with the vote. Republicans want to not have two people win in Nov-08. Clinton and Obama. Obama needs to knock her out in the DNC confirmation on August 26th and the Republicans will knock Obama out with this stuff. Don't forget the whitey racist rant tape of Michelle obama and Obama actually in the pews for Rev. Wright sermon which will come out as well.
