"FAIL" for not following diplomatic protocol, and not acting presidential.
"FAIL" in economics for following the FDR's failed 1930s policies.
"FAIL" an insult to return to England, a bust of Winston Churchill.
"FAIL" for the largest multi-trillion dollar, social engineering deficit in history.
"FAIL" massive government spending, will trigger massive inflation.
"FAIL" massive deficit spending will put our children/grandchildren in deep debt, forever.
"FAIL" appointing a host of tax cheats to your administration.
"FAIL" rubber stamping an unread, pork laden w/earmarks, stimulus package.
"PASS" for continuing the war in Afghanistan.
"FAIL" for going soft on the war on terror.
"FAIL" for classifying our returning veterans as terrorists.
"FAIL" labeling citizens with traditional American/conservative ideals as being terrorists.
"FAIL" for not firing Napolitano for her anti-American DHS paper.
"FAIL" for apologizing for, and bad mouthing America overseas.
"FAIL" a U.S. president, never bows to another sovereinty (Saudi Arabia)...Never!
"FAIL" for cutting the military budget during war time.
"FAIL" 60 minutes. Laughing during an interview on economics. "Are you punch-drunk"
"FAIL" for releasing CIA secrets during war.
"FAIL" for releasing classified info during war, and paralyzing the CIA.
"FAIL" for even considering prosecuting Bush's legal advisers.
"PASS" for stupidity/setting yourself up to being prosecuted after you leave office.
"PASS" for getting your children a pooch.
"FAIL" for not closing down the Mexican border, over the swine flu.
"FAIL" for Air-Force-One's phony photo-scare over New York City.
"Pass" for ordering U.S, Navy Seals to kill three Somali pirates.
"FAIL" for micromanaging the pirate/rescue of Capt. Phillips.
"FAIL" after 100 days in office, your still running a presidential campaign.
And a most important grade of all:
"FAIL" for still not proving you're a legal, Constitutional, Article II president.
